The waitlist
Joining the waitlist means you would like to hear about our launch. It is free, it does not commit you to buy anything, and it does not guarantee a launch date, a product or access to any particular item. How we handle your email is explained in our privacy notice.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. When the store opens it will have its own terms covering prices, prepaid orders, delivery and returns.
Our content
The name, logo, artwork, text and design of this site belong to Oh my Gogh! or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without written permission.
Using the site fairly
Please do not misuse the site, for example by submitting other people's email addresses without their consent, sending automated sign-ups or trying to disrupt the service.
No warranties and limits
The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it or from changes to or delays in our launch. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India will have jurisdiction, without taking away any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
